Pastor James Bolin was born in Salem, Missouri and raised in Eminence, Missouri.
In 1979, he joined the U.S. Air Force where he served 10 years active duty and another 11 years in the Army Reserves.
During the September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States, he was called back to active duty and was a Protective Services Agent assigned to Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfield in Washington, D.C.
An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Pastor Bolin’s formal education includes a BA in Criminal Justice Administration, and a MS in Organizational Business Management. He took his biblical studies from Global University.
Pastor Bolin’s ministry experience includes Evangelistic Ministry in revivals, media ministry that includes both radio and coming soon television ministry.
Pastor Bolin can best be described not only as a pastor but a Revivalist! He believes that God has sent him to Malden First Assembly of God to:
- Stir up the church
- Release a spirit of prayer back into the church
- and to release a fire to seek God’s face
Pastor Bolin is married to Lequeeta (Welch) Bolin. She is a strong partner and an asset to his ministry. They are a dynamic team! They have one son, Christopher, daughter-in-law Jennifer, and two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Emily.
